Privacy Policy

The data controller is Cary Karol Połubiński (Cary One™ — Interactive Agency) with its registered office in Gdańsk (80-176), Przytulna 25/13 Street, NIP: 5842230370, REGON: 193075086. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).

For the purpose of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced by “You”, “Administrator” — “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among others.

Personal data provided in the form on our website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Administrator

The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have sent a request for an offer via the contact form on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address.

The Service Provider is also the administrator of the persons subscribed to the newsletter.

Personal data are processed:
a. in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and purpose necessary for establishing, shaping the content of the Agreement, amending or terminating it and the correct implementation of the Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent given by you if [for example] you have subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if [for example] you have sent a contact form.

Any data subject (if we are their controller) has the right to access the data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Service Provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with entities authorized on the basis of applicable law provisions (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and we have introduced access control so that we minimize the effects of a possible breach of data security.
